Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our home appliances retail showrooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, improving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail showrooms.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Manage inventory control, stock movement, and supply coordination.
- Lead, coach, and develop showroom managers and staff.
- Enhance customer experience and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and HR departments.
- Prepare operational reports and present performance analysis to senior management.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations management (preferably in home appliances or electronics).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
