Operations Manager

Role Description:

The Operations Manager will lead and oversee operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality standards across all operations. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating transportation and parking services, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, and building strong client relationships to uphold Valtrans commitment to excellence. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications and skills:

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proven expertise in transportation operations, traffic management, and valet or parking management
• Proficiency in process optimization, resource planning, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with customer relationship management standards and delivering exceptional service experiences
• A bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality, transportation, or related sectors is highly advantageous
