About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in the precious metals trading business. You'll drive trade execution, risk management, and regulatory compliance while keeping operations running efficiently across departments.

• Build and implement operational processes and procedures
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team
• Coordinate with multiple legal entities to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve performance and growth
• Work with marketing and sales teams to support business objectives
• Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines
• Identify and mitigate operational risks
• Prepare reports on trade status, logistics, compliance, and risk
