Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operation Manager(CA qualified) to oversee ourcompany's ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the senior management team, the Operation Manager will report directly to the Management and play a critical role in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and company-wide performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business operations to align with company goals and strategic direction.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and the work of executives in departments such as HR, Finance, IT and Administration.
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
- Evaluate company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Assist management in fundraising ventures and investor relations, where applicable.
- Participate in expansion activities such as investments, partnerships, and corporate alliances.
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
- 8-10 Years of experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as Operations Manager, or in a similar executive leadership role.
- CA/CFA candidates are preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
