Maintain accurate documentation, records, and files in line with internal and regulatory standards.
Support in managing the day-to-day activities of the department.
Conduct quality checks on operational processes to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Support the rollout and implementation of revamped credit processes across relevant functions.
Act as MCC coordinator along with MCC Secretary, ensuring timely and accurate recording of credit proposals/Ims, TAs etc.
Organize and coordinate departmental activities to ensure efficient workflows and timely task completion.
Drive the transition from traditional MIS reporting to predictive and forward-looking analytics models.
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and develop and deliver clear, impactful presentations tailored for senior stakeholders and Management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Credit Risk Management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of analytical tools (Power BI, SQL) is an advantage.
