 Position: Operations & Container Booking Coordinator (Remote Work)

Marlloyd Shipping Line L.L.C is looking for an experienced Operations & Container Booking Coordinator to join our remote team.

 Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations

• Experience in container booking and vessel space reservations

• Daily follow-up with shipping lines and freight forwarders

• Ability to manage and handle operational emails professionally

• Experience using shipping and port platforms such as Dubai Trade, DP World, and carrier portals

• Good knowledge of shipping procedures, container operations, and shipment follow-up

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Candidates must be able to communicate professionally in both Arabic and English with customers, shipping lines, and agents

Job Responsibilities:

• Booking containers and securing vessel space

• Coordinating with shipping lines and agents

• Monitoring shipment and container movements

• Communicating with customers and shipping companies

• Following up on procedures through shipping and port platforms

• Preparing and handling operational shipping documents
