We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations & Projects Coordinator to support internal operations and manage project follow-ups across departments. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, administrative efficiency, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project submissions, communications, and follow-ups with external stakeholders
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
Support HR and administrative functions
Coordinate internal operations between departments
Assist in sales coordination and documentation
Maintain organized records and documentation
Prepare reports and updates for management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Experience In Project Coordination Or Administrative Management Is Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Professional communication with clients and stakeholders
