Operations Relationship Manager (12 months contract)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks raised by Financial Advisors (FA) partners, focusing on clear, effective communication and timely resolution through phone, email, and in-person engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve operational requests and feedback promptly by coordinating with internal stakeholders for swift action.
• Lead end-to-end case management for FA partners, maintaining accurate records, providing regular updates, and ensuring effective resolution.
• Collaborate directly with FA partners to confirm requirements, address queries, and ensure cases are progressed to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with FA partners to improve collaboration and enhance the distributor experience.
• Provide operational updates and training to FA partners to ensure clarity, consistency, and effective working practices.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the life insurance sector.
• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Exposure to New Business, Policy Servicing, and Claims activities within life insurance is a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven stakeholder management across teams and levels, combined with self-motivation and the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
