This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Representative located in New Cairo. The Operations Representative will be responsible for managing and improving customer service operations, conducting sales, performing financial analysis, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. The Operations Representative will also be expected to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements.

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
