Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Analyze operational data and extract clear performance indicators to support decision-making.
- Improve and develop operational procedures to enhance quality and reduce operational challenges.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational objectives.
- Prepare accurate operational reports and submit them to management.
- Follow up on operational issues and resolve them effectively.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in operations or operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- High ability to manage time and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
