Job Description

At Florose, we are looking for an Operations Specialist with strong experience in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across branches, and developing operational procedures that enhance performance efficiency and reflect the quality of our brand.

If you have strong analytical skills, the ability to solve problems, a deep understanding of the operational environment within the retail sector, and a passion for continuous improvement and working with cross-functional teams, you may be the right fit to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Analyze operational data and extract clear performance indicators to support decision-making.
  • Improve and develop operational procedures to enhance quality and reduce operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of operational objectives.
  • Prepare accurate operational reports and submit them to management.
  • Follow up on operational issues and resolve them effectively.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in operations or operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • High ability to manage time and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
