Job Purpose
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient workflow, service quality, team productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the operations team.
- Allocate tasks and manage work schedules and priorities.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when needed.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, workload, and service delivery.
- Escalate critical operational issues and risks to the Operations Manager.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, including supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with KPIs, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
