Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced OperationsFacilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of building facilities. The role acts as the site anchor for facility operations, ensuring all MEP and civil systems are operating efficiently while maintaining compliance with safety, service quality, and operational standards.

The Facilities Supervisor will coordinate with technicians, operators, and project teams to ensure smooth facility management operations and the successful execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and maintenance activities within the assigned facility or project zone.
• Plan and organize daily workflow for technicians and maintenance teams.
• Implement and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs.
• Ensure timely response and closure of corrective maintenance tickets.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in facility operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technicians and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding spare parts inventory and consumables.
• Monitor and witness commissioning of new systems within the facility.
• Evaluate team performance and provide technical direction when needed.
• Prepare operational and maintenance reports for management.
