Position Title: Operations Supervisor
Position Reports To / Supervisor: Director of Operations
Position Objective:
The Operations Supervisor will report to the Director of Operations and lead a team in the operations department while providing the highest level of customer service and contributing to an efficient operation.
Principal Responsibilities:
· Managing a team of Operations Executives and ensuring efficient functioning of operations in the team
· Making rosters, training team members and assisting the Operations Executives in day-to-day operations
· Following up and resolving clients booking inquiries coming in through different communication platforms
· Ensuring that the team uploads all the bookings, booking amendments, drivers and suppliers are uploaded on Koi B2B portal
· Coordination with suppliers to confirm services/bookings and making sure the rides are scheduled and dispatched on time
· Maintaining topmost quality for all rides to provide services which meet standards and policies of Koi
· Resolving escalations from suppliers, customers, and clients on calls and other communication platforms
· Attending periodic (weekly/bi-weekly) calls/meetings with key stakeholders such as clients, suppliers and other departments to review operations processes and further increase efficiency.
Competencies and Skills:
· Strong fluency with Excel and MS Office
Essential Qualifications:
· BA, BS, or B.Com degree required or equivalent
·
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in Operations (Back-office/Support Team)
· 3+ years of experience in the Travel Industry
· Proven work experience in hospitality or Customer Service role
· Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
