Job Description

Job Purpose

To independently manage and oversee the daily technical operations, reverse logistics, and inventory management functions. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs, timely system updates, and continuous improvement through effective CAPA management. The Operations Supervisor will lead the team, coordinate with vendors and partners, manage reporting requirements, and support technical training and team productivity initiatives.

  • Technical & Operational Management
  • Supervise daily repair center operations and ensure adherence to OEM standards, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor team productivity, allocate workloads effectively, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for escalations, spare part requirements, and service-level compliance.
  • Reverse Logistics & Inventory Control
  • Oversee the complete reverse logistics cycle including defective part returns, RMA management, and replacements.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation, stock audits, and system updates.
  • Maintain end-to-end material traceability across technical and logistics processes.
  • Reporting & System Management
  • Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering repair activity, logistics status, and vendor KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of all data in ERP, CRM, and online vendor portals.
  • Track SLA and KPI metrics, analyze trends, and implement actions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Liaise with OEMs, logistics service providers, and supply chain partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews, compliance checks, and process audits with vendors.
  • Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processesidentify root causes, develop action plans, and monitor closure.
  • Training & Team Development
  • Conduct technical and process training for team members to maintain skill standards.
  • Mentor and evaluate staff performance, ensuring adherence to operational and safety procedures.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance workflow visibility and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and workplace health & safety standards.
  • Maintain SOPs, audit readiness, and process documentation across all functional areas.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or technical service management, preferably in electronics, IT, or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven experience in reverse logistics, vendor management, and CAPA implementation

Skills And Abilities

  • Strong understanding of service logistics, technical repair workflows, and operational KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP/WMS systems, and vendor online reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely system updates.
