Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jebel Ali for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, supervising team performance, optimizing processes, and implementing effective strategies to meet organizational goals. The role requires regular coordination with cross-functional teams and providing reports to management.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and leadership abilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of Operations and Operations Management principles
• Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing workflows and improving processes
• Effective Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in logistics and supply chain management is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
