Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator (Fresh Graduates Tamheer)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The primary responsibilities include managing daily operations, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient supply chain processes. The role also involves customer service tasks to address client needs and applying analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on purchase orders and supplier confirmations
• Coordinate inbound shipments and delivery schedules
• Track inventory levels and update system records
• Monitor open orders and resolve delays
• Prepare operational reports using Excel
• Coordinate with warehouse on receiving and dispatch
• Support NUPCO-related order tracking and updates

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (0–2 years experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
• Good English communication
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Eligible for Tamheer program
