Operations Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support vendor operations, compliance tracking, onboarding, and reporting activities.

Job Description:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, Smartsheet, and SQL
  • Track vendor compliance documents and follow up on missing requirements
  • Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor access requests
  • Track workforce and safety orientation records
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Escalate issues impacting timelines or compliance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, or vendor coordination
  • Background in Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, SQL, and data analytics is preferred
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
