Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Support Executive to assist business operations in overseeing and coordinating day-to-day activities across multiple companies within the group. This position acts as a strategic partner and operational support resource, assisting with task execution, cross-department coordination, data analysis, follow-ups, and documentation across departments including Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on action items with department heads across all group companies.
- Prepare reports, meeting briefs, minutes, and follow-up trackers across various departments.
- Support in the execution of operational strategies and business improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a structured record of group-wide KPIs, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in internal communication, ensuring alignment between departments and senior leadership.
- Help organize and participate in inter-company meetings, site visits, and business reviews.
- Draft and review internal documentation, summaries, memos, and business presentations.
- Liaise with external partners or consultants when required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar executive support or coordination role.
- Exposure to multi-industry businesses or holding companies is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Other AI Tools, familiarity with business tools or ERP systems.
