One of our clients is seeking an experienced Operations & Support Services Manager to lead and oversee the organization's operations and support services, ensuring operational excellence, service quality, and continuous improvement across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, optimizing operational processes, monitoring performance, and ensuring the effective delivery of support services while maintaining the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations while supervising cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute operational plans to achieve business objectives.
- Enhance operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Oversee support services, including facilities, assets, contracts, vendors, and operational services.
- Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to executive management.
- Lead operational projects and ensure timely execution in line with approved plans.
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations Management or Support Services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in operational planning, organization, and project management.
- Experience in developing and monitoring KPIs and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience in contract management, vendor management, and operational budgeting.
- Proven ability to develop and improve operational policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Construction, Real Estate Development, Hospitality, Retail, Services, or Multi-Branch Organizations.
