Job Title:- Operations Support Specialist

Location:- Dubai JAFZA

Duration: 12 months ext

Role Summary:-

The role is supporting execution of IET Gas services projects , covering below tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:-

Immigration follow-up (arrival to/from country & site)

Creating Gantt charts

Support on Outages logistics such as Accommodation and Transportation bookings

Building Mobilization trackers including all line-up travel and site access requirements as trainings and medical certifications

Updating Fieldwork with Non-technical data

Following hour tracker file through the outages.

Support Site execution in daily logistics communication with all assigned resources

Following with suppliers invoicing

Uploading lessons learned on the tool

Follow up on the TDB docs, (FSRs submission, signed SQCL, One Drive access)

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Office and Primavera

Technical Skills: Primavera

Soft Skills: Solid communication skills

Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): Primavera

Education Qualifications: Bachelor's certificate from any accredited university.

English, Arabic Preferred
