Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing premium grocery and F&B retailer is looking for a dynamic Operations Team Lead for GrandRose - Floral Retail Division under Grandiose
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the daily retail operations of GrandRose stores, ensuring smooth execution, achievement of sales targets, operational excellence, and adherence to brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Manage store supervisors, schedules, attendance, and staff discipline.
- Review daily orders, inventory levels, wastages, and shrinkages.
- Maintain high housekeeping, hygiene, and display standards across stores.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager for execution of initiatives and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A graduate in any discipline
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Fashion/Luxury retail
- Retail operations, sales management, inventory control, and store procedures.
- Leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and strong in people management
