Summary
Operations Trainee Accounts develops endtoend, practical capability across hotel finance operations. Through structured rotations and mentoring, the trainee supports daytoday accuracy (revenue, payables, receivables, cash, payroll, inventory), compliance, and timely reporting helping operational teams deliver excellent guest experiences while upholding Hyatt's Purpose and values.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management. Work experience as Trainee - Accounts, Accountant or Accounting Clerk in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
