Role & Responsibilities
Role Overview
The
Operations Trainee will support the Operations team in daily activities, coordination tasks, documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The trainee will gain practical exposure to operational planning, service coordination, and performance monitoring within a structured Co-op training program.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational coordination activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and tracking sheets.
- Participate in process documentation and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Business Administration.
- Eligible to participate in a Co-op training program
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in English
