Operations Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Trainer with a strong background in the logistics or express delivery industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering standardized operational training to Hub franchises, Team Leaders, and Couriers, ensuring consistent execution of company SOPs, operational standards, and newly introduced policies across the network.

The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation and communication skills, be fluent in English, and possess practical experience in operational training within the express delivery industry.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver onboarding and refresher training for Hub franchises, Supervisors, and Couriers.

● Conduct standardized operational training to ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs across all stations.

● Communicate and roll out new operational policies, procedures, and business initiatives to frontline teams.

● Develop, update, and improve training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOP documentation.

● Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and follow-up coaching.

● Visit hubs regularly to identify operational gaps and provide on-site coaching.

● Monitor trainees performance and recommend improvement plans where necessary.

● Organize workshops, online training sessions, and operational meetings when required.

● Ensure all training records and attendance reports are properly maintained.

● Support the implementation of company projects related to operational standardization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proficiency in English.

● At least 3 years of training experience in the logistics, courier, express delivery, or e-commerce logistics industry.

● Hands-on experience training frontline operational staff, especially couriers and hubs personnel.

● Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
