Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for performing tasks on the automotive assembly line to manufacture vehicles or vehicle components. This role involves operating machinery, assembling parts, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

This role supports the alignment with organizational goals, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures, safety protocols, and production targets. Job Description:

•Operate machinery, equipment, and tools according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete assigned production tasks efficiently and accurately.

•Operate manual, pneumatic, and electric tools accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and precision in execution.

•Conduct inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality is maintained.

•Report any anomalies in the production process to the immediate leader (quality issues, missing parts, technical failures).

•Follow safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to hazardous material handling guidelines and to mitigate the safety risks existing in the production environment.

•Support with achieving assigned production goals by adhering to established operational standards and timelines.

•Engage in training programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency

•Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and support process improvement initiatives when requested.

Job Requirements:

Education: Technical Diploma / or High School in a relevant field (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation).

Experience: Diploma 1+ years, or 5 Years in with High school in a relevant field (Manufacturing or Industrial).
