Optical Sales Representative

Tasks & Responsibilities:

. Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.

. Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.

. Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.

. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

. Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.

. Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

. High school or diploma or equivalent.

. 1-2 years of experience in optical retail or customer-facing sales.

. Knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and basic optical terminology.

. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

. Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations. . English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus)
