Tasks & Responsibilities:

. Greet customers and identify their visual and lifestyle needs.

. Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions.

. Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.

. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

. Process sales transactions and handle basic after-sales support.

. Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

. Diploma or certification in Optical Technology or a related field.

. Minimum 2 years of experience in an optical lab or retail optical environment.

. Ability to accurately read and execute optical prescriptions.

. High attention to detail and technical accuracy.

. facing sales.

. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

. Ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations.

. English communication skills required (Arabic is a plus).
