This is a on-site role for an Operating Room (OR) Nurse located in Doha, Qatar.

Role Description

The OR Nurse will assist in preparing patients for surgical procedures, ensuring proper sterilization and safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities include assisting surgeons during operations, monitoring patient vitals, and providing post-operative care. The OR Nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a sterile and efficient operating room environment while ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in patient care, monitoring, and post-operative care
• Proficiency in maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring adherence to surgical protocols
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with the healthcare team
• Capability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, accurate decisions
• Valid nursing license and certifications relevant to operating room care
• Familiarity with surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in an operating room or surgical setting is preferred
