Job Title: Oracle & MS Database Administrator (Bilingual – Arabic/English)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Oracle & MS Database Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize enterprise database environments. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Arabic/English), with hands-on experience in both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Monitor database performance, implement tuning, and ensure optimal efficiency
- Manage database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
- Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
- Perform patching, upgrades, and migrations of database systems
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution
- Work closely with application teams to support database requirements
- Automate routine database tasks and maintenance activities
- Maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and policies
- Support high availability solutions such as clustering, replication, and failover setups
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3–5 years of experience in database administration
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or later)
- Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019 or later)
- Experience with backup and recovery tools (RMAN, SQL Server Backup)
- Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization
- Familiarity with high availability solutions (RAC, Data Guard, Always On)
- Understanding of database security best practices
- Experience with scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Microsoft SQL Certification
- Experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud)
- Exposure to automation tools and DevOps practices
