Role Summary
We are seeking a Mobile & Web Application Engineer who is passionate about building clean, scalable, and high-performance applications across mobile and web platforms. This role is ideal for engineers with hands-on experience in Flutter, React, and Next.js, a strong grasp of state management, and a keen eye for UI/UX excellence.
You will work on real-world, production-grade applicationsranging from e-commerce and social platforms to interactive web experiencesand collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Development (Flutter)
- Design, develop, and maintain Flutter mobile applications using clean, modular architecture
- Implement state management using BLoC and Provider
- Integrate REST APIs, authentication flows, and third-party SDKs
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility
- Implement features such as payments, subscriptions, deep linking, and real-time updates
Web Development (React / Next.js)
- Build responsive and interactive web applications using React.js and Next.js
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit
- Implement smooth animations and interactions using GSAP / Three.js
- Develop reusable UI components following modern frontend best practices
UI/UX & Engineering Excellence
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces
- Follow Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and scalable coding practices
- Collaborate with designers to improve user engagement and experience
- Maintain clean Git workflows and contribute to collaborative code reviews
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 13 years of professional experience in mobile and/or web development
- Strong proficiency in Flutter & Dart
- Experience with React.js and Next.js
- Solid understanding of state management (BLoC, Provider, Redux)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
- Familiarity with Material UI, responsive layouts, and modern UI patterns
- Experience using Git for version control
Architectural & Development Practices
- Strong understanding of Clean Architecture
- Knowledge of SOLID principles
- Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and testable code
Nice to Have
- Hands on Experience is a plus
- Experience with Node.js backends
- Knowledge of real-time systems, chat platforms, or social features
- Exposure to payments (Stripe) and in-app purchases
- Experience building 3D or animated web interfaces
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
