We are seeking an experienced Oracle Application Manager to manage, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, and Financial modules. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to deliver effective, compliant, and scalable system solutions that support business operations, particularly within a real estate development environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Oracle Fusion HCM, SCM, and Financial modules, both functionally and technically.
- Work closely with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Oracle Fusion modules based on business needs.
- Develop reports, integrations, and workflows using Oracle tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and testing activities.
- Manage user roles, data security, and approval workflows.
- Act as the primary liaison with Oracle support and implementation partners.
- Ensure system compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business processes in real estate development (project costing, procurement cycles, payroll).
- Ability to analyze issues and provide end-to-end solutions combining technical and functional perspectives.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
