We're Hiring | Application Manager (Oracle)
We are seeking an experienced Application Manager (Oracle) to lead the implementation, management, and continuous enhancement of Oracle EBS applications supporting Finance and Supply Chain operations within a leading pharmaceutical organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets across key Oracle modules, including P2P, SCM, ASCP, and O2C.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct workshops, manage UAT, and ensure successful system validation.
- Identify business requirements and deliver system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Oversee cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, system upgrades, and migrations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget while effectively managing risks and change.
- Monitor system performance, maintain governance standards and data integrity, and drive user adoption through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices across the application landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Oracle EBS environments, particularly P2P, SCM, ASCP, and O2C modules.
- Strong understanding of Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM/OUM).
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
