Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions. The consultant will partner with key stakeholders in Finance and IT to align Oracle Cloud applications with the organization's financial operations and strategic goals. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Financials modules and a strong understanding of business processes in finance and accounting.

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Fixed Assets (FA)

Cash Management

Expense Management

Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional configurations within Oracle Cloud

Lead the implementation of Oracle Finance modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment

Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to ensure system alignment with business needs

Conduct user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions

Provide support during go-live and post-production phases

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Oracle Financials (including at least 2+ years on Oracle Cloud ERP)

Minimum of 4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations

Deep knowledge of financial business processes and best practices

Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Oracle Cloud certification in Financials

Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with other ERP or legacy systems

Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, Smart View)

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
