Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Jeddah, Saudi
Experience : 8-12 years
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Comp, Self services, Performance, Learning, Recruitment
- Define and manage security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
- Perform data migration and conversions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
- Conduct system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution.
- Work on HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST APIs, OIC.
- Manage data migration and loading using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader
Required Skills
- Strong experience across major Fusion HCM modules.
- Understanding of global/local HR compliance, payroll rules, and security.
- Hands‑on with HCM Extracts and integration mapping.
- Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop‑leading skills.
