Key Responsibilities
Environment Management & Administration
Manage Oracle Cloud environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production) across SaaS and PaaS tenancies for multiple client engagements.
Coordinate and execute quarterly Oracle Cloud patch and release updates, including pre-patch impact assessments and post-patch validation testing.
Monitor environment health, performance, and capacity; raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) through My Oracle Support (MOS).
Manage environment refresh cycles, including cloning production to non-production environments and ensuring data masking requirements are met.
Maintain environment documentation including configuration registers, topology diagrams, and change logs.
Coordinate with Oracle Cloud Operations and client IT teams on planned maintenance windows and downtime communications.
Identity & Access Management (IDCS / OCI IAM)
Administer Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and OCI IAM, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, group management, and role assignments.
Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and client identity providers (e.g. Azure AD, ADFS, Okta) using SAML and OIDC protocols.
Manage Oracle Fusion application roles, data roles, and abstract roles, ensuring principle of least privilege is enforced across all environments.
Conduct periodic access reviews and User Access Audits (UAAs) in line with SOX, GDPR, and client-specific security policies.
Troubleshoot access and authentication issues across IDCS, OCI, and Oracle Fusion applications in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies and Adaptive Security controls within IDCS.
OCI Infrastructure & Security
Administer OCI tenancy configurations including compartments, policies, Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), security lists, and network security groups.
Manage OCI IAM policies, dynamic groups, and cross-tenancy access controls.
Monitor and respond to OCI security findings, implement recommendations from Cloud Guard and Security Advisor.
Manage OCI Object Storage, Vault (key management), Certificates, and Notifications services.
Support the administration of OCI-hosted services including API Gateway, Functions, and Streaming where used in client solutions.
Oracle Fusion SaaS Administration
Perform functional setup manager (FSM) administration tasks and manage opt-in feature configurations for new quarterly releases.
Administer Oracle Fusion reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS — managing report schedules, output formats, and data access.
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion notification templates, workflow rules, and approval hierarchies.
Support the setup and administration of Oracle Fusion modules including Financials, Procurement, and HCM where applicable.
Manage file-based data import (FBDI) templates and scheduled ESS (Enterprise Scheduler Service) jobs.
Release & Change Management
Own the environment and release management process, including maintaining a release calendar and coordinating change windows with client stakeholders.
Manage transport and migration of configuration artefacts between environments using FSM export/import and PaaS deployment tools.
Document and follow change management procedures in line with ITIL best practices.
Maintain and improve runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all administrative activities.
4–8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud administration covering Fusion SaaS and/or OCI environments.
Hands-on experience with Oracle IDCS and/or OCI IAM — user management, SSO, MFA, and role administration.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion security model: application roles, data roles, abstract roles, and HCM data security profiles.
Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud environment lifecycles including patch management and environment refresh.
Familiarity with OCI core services: IAM, VCN, Compute, Object Storage, Vault, Cloud Guard.
Experience raising and managing Oracle Service Requests (SRs) via My Oracle Support (MOS).
Working knowledge of SSO standards: SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
Ability to write basic SQL for data validation, user access reporting, and audit queries.

Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Cloud certifications such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations, OCI Administrator, or Oracle Fusion Security Administrator.
Experience with identity governance tools or integration with enterprise IDP solutions (Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity).
Familiarity with audit and compliance frameworks relevant to financial services: SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, FCA guidelines.
Experience in a managed services or multi-client support environment.
