Job Description

As anOracle Cloud Payroll Consultant at Accenture, you will be responsible for analyzing organizational processes, designing integrated systems, and assessing business models to deliver technology-driven solutions. You will evaluate the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions that align with strategic goals. You will perform independently as a subject matter expert, actively collaborating and leading teams to optimize solutions and decision-making. Master proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll is required, with recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Advanced-level proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools and Business Model Strategy is strongly suggested. The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, process optimization, and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define processes and systems to design technology-driven solutions that align with organizational goals and customer requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, guiding teams in identifying and delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives and technology integration.
  • Research, analyze, and synthesize information to support process improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to enhance system functionality and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends, inform business decisions, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and provide guidance for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead team discussions, contribute to key decisions, and deliver solutions to optimize immediate and cross-functional team performance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to support organizational growth.

  • Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, technology integration consulting, and system design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll is required.
  • Recommended expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Business Model Strategy.
  • Proven expertise in using Business Process Analysis Tools to define and implement solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, preparing detailed documentation, and collaborating on enterprise-wide solutions.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll or Core HR modules.
  • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise systems and technology-driven business solutions.
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and develop innovative solutions that drive performance.
  • Knowledge of delivering scalable and strategic solutions aligned with organizational growth objectives.
