Job Description

The Oracle Fusion Consultant will play a pivotal role in the transformation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) processes through the successful implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Oracle Fusion's HCM modules, demonstrating a comprehensive ability to gather in-depth requirements, analyze existing processes, and provide innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiencies. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in managing complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while navigating the unique challenges presented in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful consultant will exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills, adeptly combining technical proficiency with stakeholder engagement to drive high-impact outcomes in HR technology solutions.

Job Requirements

  • 10-15 years of comprehensive experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, specifically focusing on HCM modules
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and an understanding of business transformation frameworks relevant to HCM
  • Proven track record of gathering and documenting complex business requirements for HCM modules in alignment with organizational strategy
  • Experience in providing analysis and enhancing processes through effective use of Oracle Fusion applications
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to monitor and control progress of ERP implementation projects effectively
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws, cultural nuances, and business practices, or experience working on projects within the KSA region
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to resolve challenges and identify opportunities for improvement in HCM processes

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring that business objectives are met
  • Analyze existing HR processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement through the implementation of Oracle Fusion.
  • Develop and execute project plans for ERP implementation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that meet user needs and improve HR operations.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure that the implementation of Oracle Fusion is aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system, fostering user adoption and proficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Fusion HCM applications post-implementation, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation for configuration, processes, and implementation strategies to serve as a resource for future enhancements
