We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to be based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS modules and hands-on experience in supporting, configuring, and enhancing HR systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any related field
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x
- Strong functional expertise in Core HRMS, Payroll, Absence, Performance Management
- Technical working knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Reports (XML)
- Arabic-speaking is mandatory
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good-to-Have experience in iRecruitment
- Prior experience working in large enterprise or government environments
- Candidate must be based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh.
- Must hold a transferable Iqama.
