Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS HRMS functional and technical solutions
  • Configure and support HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, OTL, iRecruitment, and SSHR
  • Develop and customize HRMS components using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in HRMS modules.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for development and enhancements.
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-implementation support.
  • Manage data migration, integrations, and reports related to HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, payroll regulations, and audit requirement Provide end-user training and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7 years of Experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
  • Solid understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows.
  • Experience in integrations and data migration.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
