Job Summary

The Oracle EPM EDMCS Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of Oracle's EDMCS solution. This position combines strong technical skills with functional expertise in data governance, ensuring enterprise data management processes are aligned with business goals. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders across finance, IT, and business teams to configure EDMCS solutions and integrate them with broader EPM and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements; perform gap analysis for Oracle EDMCS solutions.
  • Design and configure EDMCS structures, workflows, and integrations with Oracle EPM/ERP systems.
  • Define governance processes, validation rules, and ensure compliance with policies/regulations.
  • Develop and manage integrations, mappings, and transformations; troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Lead testing (unit, SIT, UAT), data migration, and maintain documentation.
  • Provide post-go-live support, training, and system optimization.
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams; deliver updates, workshops, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in enterprise data management, governance, and hierarchies.
  • Experience with financial/operational planning (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
  • Hands-on Oracle EDMCS implementation in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EDMCS configuration, Oracle EPM suite (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS), and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, SQL, EPM Automate, FDMEE, ODI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
