Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP E-Business Suite Technical Consultant to support, enhance, and modernize the Oracle EBS environment. The role involves technical development, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, automation, and business support across key ERP modules including HRMS, Finance, Procurement, and Inventory.
The ideal candidate will be technically strong, capable of understanding business requirements, translating them into reliable solutions, and contributing to modernization initiatives such as Oracle APEX, workflow automation, dashboards, APIs, and system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle EBS Technical Support & Development
- Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite applications, including issue analysis, debugging, enhancements, and production support
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views
- Customize and support Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and XML Publisher
- Create and manage concurrent programs, workflows, alerts, and scheduled jobs
- Develop interfaces, APIs, data conversion scripts, and technical utilities
ERP Modules Support
- Support technical requirements across modules such as:
- HRMS, Payroll, Self-Service HR, GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Purchasing, Inventory, iProcurement, and iSupplier
- Analyze and resolve module-specific issues in collaboration with functional teams, business users, and vendors
Integration & Automation
- Design and support integrations between Oracle EBS and internal/external systems
- Develop APIs, web services, staging tables, and data exchange processes
- Support integrations with portals, mobile applications, document management systems, digital signature platforms, and SSO/Active Directory
Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop operational, financial, HR, and procurement reports
- Build dashboards and analytics using BI Publisher, SQL, Oracle APEX, or other reporting tools
- Ensure reporting accuracy, performance optimization, and data security
Oracle APEX & Modernization
- Support modernization of Oracle EBS using Oracle APEX and other front-end technologies
- Develop user-friendly portals, workflows, dashboards, and self-service applications
- Contribute to ERP transformation initiatives focused on automation, usability, and mobility
System Performance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues including performance bottlenecks, failed jobs, and integration errors
- Optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL code, reports, and interfaces
- Collaborate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development
- Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher
- Experience with Oracle APEX and modern integration technologies
- Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, and system integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP modernization and digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of SSO, mobile integrations, and enterprise systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
