Oracle ERP Development Manager - Egypt

Saudi German Health is looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Development Manager to lead our ERP technical team and oversee the development, implementation and enhancement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.

We are seeking a technically strong leader with extensive hands-on Oracle development experience and a proven track record of managing complex ERP projects.

Key Technical Requirements

• Oracle ERP: 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud technical environments.
• Core Development: Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Discoverer, XML, Personalization and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Oracle Cloud Technologies: Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle APEX and PaaS.
• Integrations & APIs: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, interfaces, workflows and Oracle Approval Management (AME).
• Reporting & Analytics: Proficiency in BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Fusion Development: Experience with Oracle ADF and Application Composer.
• Data Migration & Performance: Expertise in ERP data migration, system upgrades, high-volume data loading using FBDI/Data Loader and SQL performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ERP technical development team across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud projects.
• Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations and hybrid rollouts.
• Design technical solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with functional teams, project managers, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop the technical team while driving continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development (EBS and Fusion).
• Oracle certification.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex ERP projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
