Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle ERP Financials & HRMS Techno Functional Specialist. The position is based in Dubai. The primary responsibilities include managing business processes, providing consulting services, and working with Oracle HR and Oracle Applications. The role also involves system integration tasks, ensuring seamless operation of the ERP and HRMS systems.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing and optimizing Business Processes
- Consulting skills with the ability to provide expert guidance
- Proficiency in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications
- Skills in system Integration to ensure seamless operation across platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
