Role Description The Oracle ERP Financials Consultant – EBS & Fusion is a full-time, remote role responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Financials solutions for client organizations. Day-to-day tasks include leading requirements workshops, mapping business processes to Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials functionality, and configuring modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. The consultant will participate in full ERP implementation cycles, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, end-user training, and post-go-live support. The role involves analyzing financial workflows, recommending process improvements, preparing functional documentation, and collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. The consultant will also partner with client stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and best practices in financial management.
Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Finance processes and concepts, including general accounting, financial reporting, and period close activities.
• Experience with Business Process analysis and design, including mapping current and future-state workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, ideally Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting requirements, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system configurations.
• Experience configuring and supporting Oracle Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in Oracle ERP or finance are a plus.
• Experience with testing methodologies, data migration activities, and user training in ERP environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support clients across different time zones when needed.
