Oracle ERP HCM Consultant EBS & Fusion

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and support Oracle HCM solutions.

* Work with Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Absence and related modules.

* Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.

* Perform configuration, testing and troubleshooting.

* Support integrations and data migration activities.

* Participate in implementation and production support.

* Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM.

Requirements :-

* Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS & Oracle Fusion Cloud.

* Experience in implementation and/or production support.

* Strong communication and analytical skills.

* Experience with government or semi-government organizations is an advantage.

* Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
