Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Manager to join our team. As We are hiring an ERP Manager, based in Egypt, to lead our Oracle ERP practice across four tracks ( Financials, SCM, HCM, and Technical ) spanning our Egypt and KSA teams. This role manages

the four track leaders directly and owns delivery, quality, and client outcomes across all active

engagements in the practice

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the four functional/technical tracks ( Financials, SCM, HCM, and

Technical )across all active Oracle ERP projects

Directly manage the four team leaders (one per track), setting priorities, resolving cross

track dependencies, and holding them accountable for delivery quality and timelines

Oversee resource planning and allocation across the Egypt and KSA teams, balancing

workload across concurrent client engagements

Own overall project governance: timelines, budgets, risk registers, and change control

across the practice's portfolio

Act as the senior escalation point for functional and technical issues that cross track

boundaries or require cross-team coordination

Ensure alignment between the four tracks during requirement gathering, functional

design, technical build, integrations, and data migration, so deliverables land as one

coherent solution

Represent the practice with client sponsors and steering committees on strategic and

escalated matters

Set and enforce delivery standards and Oracle best practices across all four tracks

Support pre-sales activities — solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal

development — across all modules when required

Coordinate UAT, cutover, and hyper care planning across tracks to ensure a unified go

live

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 18 years of experience in Oracle ERP (EBS and/or Cloud), including significant experience leading multi-track or multi-team ERP delivery
• Demonstrated experience managing team leaders/managers (not just individual
  
  

contributors) across multiple functional and technical disciplines

• Strong working knowledge across Financials, SCM, and HCM modules, plus enough
  
  

technical fluency to engage credibly with the technical track (integrations, reports, data

migration, technical architecture)

Track record delivering large-scale, multi-module Oracle ERP implementations end-to

end

Experience managing distributed teams across Egypt and KSA, including remote/cross

country team coordination

Strong client-facing experience at sponsor and steering-committee level

Solid grounding in ERP implementation methodology and project governance

PMP or Oracle certifications are a plus, not mandatory

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
