Oracle ERP Trainer

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Trainer to support a major transformation programme across the MENA region. This is a high-impact opportunity for a training professional with deep Oracle Fusion experience to shape and deliver world-class user training.

Location: Abu Dhabi (travel across the MENA region required)

Start Date: ASAP

Level: Senior / Lead Trainer

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering comprehensive training materials (user guides, video content, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, etc.)
• Collaborating with client teams and technology vendors to identify training needs and implement fit-for-purpose solutions
• Supporting business users to adopt new systems and processes effectively
• Creating role-based training content aligned with Oracle Fusion (particularly within Finance)

Ideal candidate profile:

• Strong experience delivering training on Oracle Fusion ERP, especially Finance modules
• Skilled across the full training lifecycle – from analysis and planning to delivery and support
• Experience with Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) is a plus
• Oracle Certified Trainer status is beneficial but not essential
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a bonus
• Must be able to travel across the region as required
