About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team in Egypt, supporting hotel and restaurant clients across Saudi Arabia with Oracle Hospitality (MICROS) F&B solutions. You will handle end-to-end implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing technical support for Oracle Simphony POS and related systems.

What You'll Do

•      Configure, install, train, and support Oracle Simphony POS systems and related interfaces.

•      Manage and resolve customer support requests via ticketing system, phone, or email.

•      Analyse and troubleshoot application issues with timely resolution per SLA commitments.

•      Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.

•      Provide technical and operational training to hotel and restaurant staff during go-live.

•      Handle application upgrades, system migrations, and post-live support.

•      Liaise with customers and internal teams for effective communication and follow-up.

•      Stay updated with product releases and adhere to support procedures.

What We're Looking For

•      Minimum 3 years experience implementing and supporting Oracle Simphony POS systems.

•      Experience in hotel or restaurant system management, front office, reservations, or accounting is a plus.

•      Knowledge of Oracle database, APIs, and reporting tools.

•      Experience with Windows Server environments and networking basics.

•      Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.

•      Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

•      Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

•      Customer-focused with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

•      Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.

•      Ability to travel if necessary.
