Role : Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant
Location : Dubai (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week)

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials GL, AP, Tax, Expenses
- Good understanding of
- Journal Processing
- Payables and Receivables flows
- UAE Taxation
- Knowledge of Data migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion ERP cloud
Experience
- 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience
- 5+ years in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations in Financials
- Experience in greenfield and/or EBS-to-Fusion migrations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Implementation
- Lead and support implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials including:
- Conduct requirements gathering workshops and map business processes to Oracle Fusion best practices.
- Perform Configurations such as:
- Legal Entity, Chart of Accounts
- Tax
- Suppliers
- Advise clients on process standardization and adoption of Oracle-delivered functionality.
Data Migration & Reporting
- Support Finance-related data migration activities (GL Balances, COA values, Tax, AP Invoices, AR invoices, Banks, Customers, Suppliers etc).
- Assist in defining reporting and analytics requirements using OTBI and standard Oracle reports.
Testing & Deployment
- Prepare and execute:
- Functional Unit Testing (FUT)
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support defect resolution and configuration refinements.
- Assist with cutover planning and go-live support.
Training & Change Management
- Develop functional documentation:
- High Level design documents
- Configuration workbooks
- Test scripts
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
