Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing & Supporting Oracle Financial Modules: - General Ledger (GL) – Account Payable (AP) – Oracle Account Receivables (AR) – Cash Management (CM) – Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Guide the development team in the design and delivery of reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle applications.
  • Partner with business users to understand operational requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Support Oracle Financial end-users by troubleshooting issues and modifying application configurations as required, including system setups, flexfields, workflow configurations, custom libraries, and profile options.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, business analysts, database administrators, and developers to research, analyze, and validate business solutions that support organizational objectives.
  • Review and analyze existing application customizations and extensions to ensure effective daily system operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of ERP application experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce (P2M), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, business transformation initiatives, or large-scale application rollouts.

Skills:

  • Strong experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms Builder, Oracle Reports Builder, and XML.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and support experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Redwood User Experience (Redwood UX) is an advantage.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or cable manufacturing environments is preferred.
